Try before you buy

Timex ships with a meaningful free trial: 100 hours of recorded activity, no credit card, no time limit on evaluation. The break timer and lid-down mode stay free forever, even if you never pay. That gives you about 12 work-days of tracking to decide if the paid features are worth it before any money changes hands.

No refunds after purchase

Because the trial is meaningful, all paid purchases of Timex are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, hardware incompatibility, or dissatisfaction with the feature set after you have already evaluated and bought it.

System requirements

Confirm before purchasing:

• macOS 15 Sequoia or later
• Apple Silicon recommended (M-series). Intel works but with reduced battery efficiency in lid-down mode.

Exceptions

If a technical issue we cannot resolve prevents Timex from working on a supported Mac, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion. Email hello@gettimex.app with the details, your order number, and what you have tried.
